An ongoing experiment with flexible electricity tubes, resulted in the first product; the stool. Malou has been guided in the creation process by the weaving, knotting and braiding of tubes. By combining the flexible PVC tube with colorful yarns, interesting elements emerge for both seeing and feeling. The structure of the tube lends itself perfectly to the application of different layers of thread and thus several circles can be connected.
This together results in a handwoven stool with small details of color, pattern and texture.
