Our creative facilitator, Cyrus Feiz, firmly believes that there is a great potential for recently graduated designers to be in contact with the industry. The furniture archetype designs they have realized are an interesting conversation piece to see how it can be produced in the context of the industry. He was born in The Netherlands in 1997, and studied product design in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Today, his company Bureau CAY is based in Amsterdam. Cyrus’ careful advice and skilful creative facilitation are based on dispassionate questioning of all issues relating to design and manufacturing, support of local crafts and small industries, and the securing of international design talent to create innovative products.
